Moving to Cincinnati-Part 3: À la carte or All-inclusive

Updated: Apr 19, 2020

Once you've narrowed down your neighborhood and have an idea of the space you'd like, its time to choose the level of care you'd like. As you search the internet and talk with realtors you'll soon find that there are two main categories: À la carte or All-inclusive.

À la carte means that the leasing company is only responsible for the bare bones of the apartment. That's the walls, floor and permanent fixtures. You can think of it that if the apartment was turned upside down, they'll provide everything that doesn't move. Unfortunately, this means that you'll be responsible for everything else including utilities, furniture, kitchen utensils, parking and more. While you could save a buck or two by organising everything yourself and buying furniture on Craigslist, you have to decide whether it's worth the hassle.

On the other hand, all-inclusive is the full monty. Every room is fully-furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, utensils and cutlery you could use during your stay. On top of that, all the utilities are handled by the company so you only have one simple bill each month. And that's where Premier City Properties specializes. All of our apartments are all-inclusive and we even add in free parking and on-site laundry!

Give us a call at (513) 402-2212 and we can help you find your all-inclusive apartment in Cincinnati. Plus mention this blog post and get $50 off your first month's rent!
